If you like Vegetarian cuisine, then this restaurant is worth visiting. The staff is said to be courteous here. Service at HOTEL PAMS is something one can call fast. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

We stayed at hotel PAMS a few weeks ago along with our family. Here is some feedback wrt the hotel: 1. We suspect that the food which was provided in the buffet was old- specifically the Idly was bad, not sure if we were given old food, my wife became quite sick after eating this breakfast (perhaps Idly & the dosa) were quite bad. after this everyone vomited or had loose motion which we think is from thier food because we had 3 meals there back to back, after this we started eating food outside the hotel since we suspect the restaurant to have served us bad food, another funny thing is the presence of a non-veg hotel inside the same premises, since this is a religious pilgrimage place for families we dont know why a separate section is needed for non-veg food 2. I asked for water bottles to be kept in the room, When we came back from our visits outside we were told that bottles couldn't be kept because they dont have the key. there was no proper room service at the hotel. 3. On the day of the check out when we asked for an extension of time the hotel staff refused citing that we are makemytrip customers, this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, once I walk into your hotel & pay for services I think that I can safely be called your customer. A big argument ensued with my family folks & this attitude that you are from MakeMyTrip is so wrong, i wonder why these people are running a hotel without understanding basic customer service & politeness.
