The hotel has good facilities and overall seems like a decent place to stay, but the staff, especially the receptionist (Kasim / Quasim Ali), came across as quite rude and not very cordial. Management should consider providing proper soft-skills and customer-service training so that the receptionist is more polite ,professional and non- egoistic. This is even more important for guests checking in around midnight, who are usually tired and not in a condition to argue or comply with unreasonable demands from the front desk.

Hotel Novus in Bharuch. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Novus during my recent stay, and I must say they went above and beyond to make it memorable!
