I had a very disappointing experience at Niyaz Hotel recently. I waited for over 30 minutes, and no one came to take my order. I was just sitting there like an unknown person, completely ignored. The service was extremely slow, and it seems like they don’t have enough staff to manage customers properly. One year ago, I had visited this restaurant and there was a person named Mr. Shammed. He was really good in everything — very attentive and professional. Sadly, he is no longer there. This restaurant truly needs staff like Mr. Shammed to bring back the quality service it once had. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
