great I just loved it just ordered fried rice and as I have instructed them they did it it means they acknowledged our request not like some non professional restaurant who doesn't even value our request

Owing to my transfer I relocated to bongaingaon all alone. Bongaigaon was completely a new and unknown town for me and for a women initially it gets very difficult to cope all by herself. The very 1st person I interacted with in Bongaingaon was a Representative from Nirvana Hotel. I checked in that property on my arrival at Bongaigaon. Hotel Nirvana made me feel at home. I am very impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the property and was overwhelmed by the polite, caring, prompt yet professional behavior of every staff of the hotel. I stayed in that hotel or 11 days and 10 nights until I arranged a permanenet accommodation for myself and during that course I have grown sense of security at Hotel Nirvana. Every need, including medical need, of the guests are taken proper care of. Elated by the care taken, hygiene protocols and food quality and taste of the hotel. Keep up the Great Job Team Hotel Nirvana!!!!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
