Don't go there Staff is very rude and they don't know how to talk with woman .. i booked one room and i want to update the receptionist said if you use the washroom we can't change ... Unpad gawar staff they have Service: 1

Dear Guest, customer service and courtsey is something that we are known for and same can be seen in reviews from other guests. We treat every guest with respect and specially to women. We do appologise for any inconvenience caused to you. That day, due to non availibility of other rooms and importantly hygine issue (used washroom), we did not entertain room shifting in late mid of the day.
