I used to be a regular customer of your hotel (not anymore ),,recently there are things that needs to be improved,,,they are 1. The rasa vada is very spicy , 2. Sometimes the coconut chutney is also spicy 3. When we ask for parcel , they always give less quantity of chutney ( eg for 3 dosas they give very less quantity of chutney ) 4. When we order for meals parcel , the rice becomes like a cake when we open it , please improve the rice quality 5. Most of the time , when we order online , gobi Manchurian dry is always burnt 6. There is one lady staff in the front desk , she is very rude , please teach her some manners ,,,the previous staff ( one brother ) , was very kind , professional and respectful,,,
