My stay at Hotel Navya Grand was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist was incredibly rude when I mentioned my MakeMyTrip booking, acting as though I was to blame for their fluctuating rates. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, he was very rude, even going as far as to say they only accept bookings from OYO. It was as if they cared more about their preferred platform than customer satisfaction. Their outright threat of potentially denying me a room at the booked price next time was the final straw. The lack of respect for customers and refusal to honor legitimate bookings is simply unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hotel. Service: 1
