I recently stayed at Hotel Narayan Inn in Dwarka, and unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The room provided was very small and not properly cleaned. The walls were dirty, and there were cockroaches inside the room, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Basic amenities such as a dental kit, shower kit, and even an electric kettle were not provided. Considering the tariff charged, the overall quality and cleanliness do not justify the price. The hotel is not worth the money, and significant improvement is required in housekeeping and guest services.

Very bed Service over charging of the already printing price. When we ask why your staff are overcharging so they reply using it's a Hotel policy. I am still confusing why they are charging too much as on printing price. Very disappointed. If any minus points given in to review I give -100.
