The manager is very polite and understanding. From food to staff everything was top notch. Room was very clean. I really loved the staff behaviour, cleanliness and their way of talking was so polite. The food was really amazing in taste and the presentation was really great The food was really Commendable. We had a awesome food experience. The ambience was good. Service: 5

Since they offer 5% discount for good reviews on Google and the host opens the review form on your mobile, everybody gives a good review but don’t trust the reviews. Hotel room was fine. Clean and spacious. Clean bed linen as well. However, food was another story. In lunch, portions were extremely tiny. And only thing edible in breakfast buffet was cookies and cereal. Low on variety and the food served was either raw or overcooked. The hotel needs to seriously revamp its food service, both quality and quantity, because there is enough competition to take away their business. Also, while they offer parking they do not have any place for drivers to stay so be careful if you are traveling by cab. Service: 3

Hotel Nam Lau is a nice hotel for fooding and lodging . It is situated in Namsai district. Near Namsai Petrol pump. It is a really nice hotel cum restaurant . Rooms are really very nice and avail various facilities. Hotel provides electric cattle, coffee, green tea, milk , suger , water bottle in room for visitors.Smart TV and connection also avail here. And also provide complementary breakfast for staying in this hotel. Behaviour of all staffs are really very nice. One can stay in this hotel without any trouble. Service: 5
