Found worms in butter and pathetic service they don't have seriousness at all I was told they will change and giving fresh leaves to serve but I was waiting for more than 10 mins on top of that employees are fighting between themselves, there is no service mentality When i complained to so called manager his response was today is Saturday and crowded so pls adjust and apologized for name sake .. he dint took any initiative to get us served again. I had visited many times but after today's incident i will never visit the place. Hotel Nalapaka promotes it as healthy food but today noticed there is no quality or standard and no one cares there. Service: 1 Meal type: Lunch
