Very bad experience. Rooms had dampness and a bad smell. Washroom was small and unclean. Lobby areas felt shady. We didn’t even get two towels per room. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but nothing was served until 8:30 AM. Even for bread and jam, we waited an hour and were then told bread was not available. This completely ruined our plans. Not recommended. Don’t waste your time or money here. Service: 1

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always smiled and made sure I had everything I needed. Check-in was quick, and they even helped me with my bags. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I slept really well. Every day, the housekeeping team kept the room neat and tidy. The best part was the food. meal were tasty and fresh. the dinner dishes were full of flavor. This hotel made me feel welcome and relaxed. I would love to come back again. Service: 5
