The review is for the restaurant. After so many reels, I visited the restaurant on 30th June. And I must say the staff needs to learn hospitality from the basics. The waiters are arrogant, takes hours to just bring in the menu card that too very reluctantly and the person at the billing counter behaves as if he is Ambani or something. We are paying for the services and not asking for any freebies , the least we expect is a decent and polite demeanour from the hosts. That tone is enough to set a normal calm person to boil. But sadly the story is something else as mentioned above. The taste was 3/5 ( basic regular stuff ) Service: 2

Pathetic Experience. Food taste, food quality, service everything gone down drastically. Only one staff, who was unable to handle a personal dining area with one support staff. We are a very regular visitor for this place, last 02-03 visit was totally unsatisfactory. Sad to feel, how a nice place of Singur loosing its charm. # Bad Experience # Clod Food # Bad Food Quality # No service # Waste of time
