The appealing staff at this restaurant can demonstrate how much they appreciate their clients. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about. “Terrible service. Won’t be coming back!” “Disappointing experience. The staff was rude and uninterested in making our meal enjoyable. Pankaj Bohra.. was very rude when we selected table to sit when we asked him what shall we do shall sit or leave he clearly said u can leave the hotel .. he was very rude hospitality means u shud welcome and treat customers politely but don’t know why you guys have hired every time when we come we face same issue by him .. we coming this hotel since 9 years now captain Milan is very obedient in taking orders and suggesting good dishes ..hotel mudra shud not keep employees like Pankaj Bohra .. as he clearly said us that Kai hotel malak patil ko bolo nahi toh kisiko bolo this was ridiculous he abused his owner boss only which is not good bcoz this hotel is good and owner too they keep employees very good but this Pankaj person is not good so guys when u visit this hotel avoid this person Pankaj as he never gives u respect he wil tell u to leave hotel and go .
