I tried chicken biriyani and the taste was below average and the onion raitha was surprisingly having raw cabbage which we don’t see often

I’m really disappointed with the way I was treated today. I had called and placed an order for dosa, but when I reached, your staff acted like they didn’t know anything and casually said, ‘Do you want dosa? I’ll make it now.’ That completely defeated the purpose of pre-ordering. Even worse, their behavior was rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism.
