I recently visited Kai's Kitchen Restaurant, located at Parambayam, Aluva, in the NH side. The location is convenient and easy to spot, with ambient and free parking available. The dining environment was pleasant and overall well-maintained. While the hygiene standards were mostly met. They offer a wide variety of items on the menu, catering to different tastes. I tried their Chicken Spring Roll during evening snack time. It was priced at ₹20 per piece, which is quite reasonable. The taste was better than what you typically find in nearby shops — flavourful and satisfying. Their menu seems to be available daily, offering a good variety for regular visitors. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite or casual dining if you're passing through Aluva.
