I had visited grand malabar with my family and ordered half mandhi and extra chicken. I requested additional rice and they charged me extra for the rice, meanwhile in Alreem hotel,Athani they didn't charge me extra for rice. The glasses provided was also not so clean in Grand Malabar hotel,Athani. Overall I had a bad experience in Grand Malabar Hotel.

Worst service ever. We've waited for more than 25 minutes and non of them showed up. I have to stand and wave my hands to take my order. And they behave like they are kings and we're their slaves. Food is ok. But the customer service is worst than any restaurant in Kerala itself.
