It's a good hotel in a prime location. It's appear that once this property have good business with all the facilities but now look like not so good in business. Renovation is urgently required to attract people. Hotel has own kitchen and only serve vegetarian food. Overall experience is good and it is recommended.

On 24 of October 2023 we booked for a room in hotel mount view Siliguri . The room and bathroom was nightmare . Very damp smell all over the room and bathroom, it was horrible , bathroom fan wasn't working . The walls were dirty and the ceiling was peeling off , all over it felt dirty . Room service was also very poor. And the most horrendous feeling i had from this hotel is i mistakenly leaft one of my beautiful dress and expensive brooch in the hotel. We repeatedly tried to connect with the hotel manager but neither they received our call nor they called back . I never expected this kind of behaviour from the hotel manager and entire staff . How poor there service is , if someone mistakenly leave some thing in their hotel they never inform.
