We stayed here one night on our way to Sikkim and later stayed another night when coming back. It's just opposite to the station and spacious clean room. Staffs are super nice, friendly. Service: 5

On 24 of October 2023 we booked for a room in hotel mount view Siliguri . The room and bathroom was nightmare . Very damp smell all over the room and bathroom, it was horrible , bathroom fan wasn't working . The walls were dirty and the ceiling was peeling off , all over it felt dirty . Room service was also very poor. And the most horrendous feeling i had from this hotel is i mistakenly leaft one of my beautiful dress and expensive brooch in the hotel. We repeatedly tried to connect with the hotel manager but neither they received our call nor they called back . I never expected this kind of behaviour from the hotel manager and entire staff . How poor there service is , if someone mistakenly leave some thing in their hotel they never inform.
