The success of Hotel Mount N Mist Nainital wouldn't be possible without the professional staff. Nice service is something guests agree upon here. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

It is far from the main city, room was not at all good, there were bugs, flies and cockroaches in the room, I asked the staff to do something about it or change the room, all they do was just put alot of mosquito killer spray in the room. Made me wait outside the room for 30 minutes. Staff was weird. No hospitality, no response nothing Service: 1
