Rooms are below average with mold and dust everywhere. Service was good, but amenities were missing in the bathroom and TV was not working. Also, do not open the balconies. They are very very dirty. Service: 4

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Moti was quite disappointing. The room tariff was unreasonably high compared to the quality of services provided. The food prices were also exorbitant, and to make matters worse, the food was not fresh. We ordered butter chicken, and it smelled rotten, which was unacceptable. The basic amenities were lacking as well—they didn’t even provide a handwash in the bathroom, which was a major letdown. The only reason we stayed was because the hotel had parking space for our car, which was convenient. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made in service quality and hygiene standards. Service: 1
