Chinese cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is gorgeous at this place. It's easy to find Hotel Mercury Residency due to the great location. Most users point out that the staff is competent. Professional service is something visitors like here. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Room not proper clean & bed sheet & blanket is too dirty, staff behaviour is good. Toiletries not available properly. Restaurant set high price on each food & bottle. For example bisleri water bottle rate - 42 rs including GST. When I checked this rate i discussed about it with restaurant manager but he is not giving proper response.this is not value of money hotel in every scenario.bar & club also created lots of noise & discomfort during night. For girls & family it is not safe. Breakfast is below to average & services very poor. Parking issue is also a concern.
