Disappointing stay due to unfriendly staff and slow service." Front desk staff were unhelpful and unresponsive to our needs." Room service took forever, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping." Room was dirty and had a strange smell. Clearly, housekeeping didn't do their job." Found hair and stains on the bed sheets. Unacceptable!" Bathroom was not cleaned properly, with soap scum and mildew everywhere." Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting." Room was right next to the elevator, and the noise kept us up all night." “If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The elevator smelled like something had died in it — and honestly, I think it might have. The shower? Let’s just say I left feeling dirtier than when I got in. And don’t even get me started on the beds. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable, but I was afraid I might catch something from the carpet. If you’re thinking of staying here, just sleep in your car — you’ll thank me later.” Service: 1

Extremely unhygienic and disgusting condition. Went with mom for freshening up after a long travel, was charged 600/- for an hour which is fine but the room, bathroom was dirty & infested with cockroaches..public toilets would be in better condition. Very bad experience, so simply avoid. They don't even deserve 1star Service: 1
