This is a hotel that skims money from customers just in the name of 'heritage'. No lift, No changing of bed and bath linen, no facilities like swimming pool or spa. Spending few more thousands than this you will get a good resort in mysuru with great facilities and service. Service: 1

Overall, the rooms are well maintained at an economical price. The location is also close to the railway station and just walkable distance to Palace and Zoo. The front desk is very courteous. They guided us to plan the whole 2 days trip and suggested best attractions in the city. Will prefer KSTDC for my future trips. Service: 5

No Room service , food service to room, Reception very good response. Coffee service very late by 7.30 hrs and after 17.30 hrs it should be atleast 6.00 hrs morning and 16.00 hrs evening. Poor cleaning in rooms. Restaurant service to be made quick to avoid delay in morning hrs. Slow service. Hotel/ rooms Surroundings very good. Safety during night time is appreciable. Totally nice lazy service to be avoided in restaurant. RO Water plant inside the room premises may please be provide to avoid expecting the room service. Service: 1
