Worst service ever! The hotel staff doesn’t even know how to handle Swiggy orders. I ordered idly at 1:15 PM and received it only at 2:10 PM. While booking, they mentioned a delivery time of 30–40 minutes. I understand delays due to rain, but delivering food that was clearly cooked in the morning and served in the afternoon — stale and spoiled — is completely unacceptable. I will never order from Mourya Hotel – Veg (Brodipet) again. Swiggy, please stop promoting such restaurants as it directly affects your reputation and customer trust.
