We stayed at Hotel Maya Palace, Mount Abu from 28th to 30th June. **Good Points:** - The hotel is well-maintained. - Cleaning services are good. - The location is excellent. - Pricing is reasonable. **Bad Points:** - The staff behavior was poor. - The fridge in the room was faulty and wasn't fixed promptly. - We had to call multiple times in the morning for hot water, which was inconvenient. - Reception often redirected us to different staff members, causing delays in service. - Despite repeated calls, towel and hand wash were not promptly provided by room service. - Hand wash and dental kit were not provided, which was disappointing. - Reception asked us to wait and assured that someone would come, but it took a long time. Overall, while the hotel itself is well-kept and reasonably priced, the poor behavior of staff and issues with service responsiveness detracted from the experience.
