This review is for their restaurant Lumbini.
Is there a 0 star option on zomato? This is, quite simply put, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. We ordered starters and soup and the soup arrived after 50 minutes and there was no sign of starters even after that. Well, we just paid the bill for soup and walked out of the restaurant.
PS: there was absolutely no customer in the restaurant apart from us and it looked like there has never been any customer in the restaurant. Probably they were surprised that someone visited their restaurant and sent the waiter to fetch some vegetables after we ordered. LOL!
