Hello, I am atul dwivedi stayed in hotel Marudhar Palace for 2 day from 7th Aug to 9th Aug 2024 and checkout from hotel premises at 10:45 AM, while I checkout from hotel I forget my wrist watch at room no 201 where I stayed, after 1 hours I realized that I forget my watch in room I return back to hotel and asked to hotel reception and staff member that I forget my watch in room, hotel reception people and staff members blindly denied that they don't know about any kind of watch, it's not about a watch it's about hotel staff's ETHICS and values, if I GO for a meeting and keep my belonging in this hotel room how can I believe it will safe. I am sorry to say that I never recommend this hotel in my organization and my known person and I must share my worst experience in every plateform where I can. Regards, Atul dwivedi Service: 1
