Big promises. You pay and you wait endlessly until someone arrives leisurely to help with the luggage to your room. Same story while checking out. Eventually, you pickup the luggage yourself and struggle down as there is no lift. All they are interested in is the payment. Be sure to collect a proper receipt please. Service: 1
