Me and my family were returning from Maha Kumbh Mela,2025 and this was our only option remaining as we were extremely tired and it was too late. and we didn't regret staying here. the staff was humble and kind aswell as the receptionist. Great! Service: 5

3rd Class Hotel Malik Residency Kanpur, Air Conditioners is not working and no inverter facility available in the hotel, The services of this hotel are very poor and the food here is also poor, talk to the staff and complain to the owner, I have stayed in many hotels & many locations but I have never seen such a bad and worst hotel in my life. This is a hotel so I don't like to give ratings even of 0, because even 0 has value. Service: 1

We apologize for the in-covenience caused and this is certainly not the experience we wish our guests have while staying with us .We have a 5 KW inverter installed and may be due to frequent power cuts it could have tripped for a brief period but gensets turn on within 3 minutes .We would request you to give us another chance to turn this experience around .
