One of the Oldest, and still among the Best, Resorts in Panchagani. Situated 10 mins walk from Panchagani Market, it is a very clean, green, well-maintained, quaint, old-world Resort. Being here makes one feel that one is in an era gone by - a more peaceful, open, calm era. Being here makes one feel at peace, and in tune with self. It's an open and spacious place, unpretentious, but tasteful and graceful. The staff are awesome, very helpful and patient. Be it restaurant, room service or housekeeping, they are good. Both the restaurant and the 24-hour cafe have excellent food. Delicious, very fresh, good portions! Especially the chicken and mutton biryanis and kababs. The various fruit drinks, jams, ice creams are the pride of Mala's! Absolutely fantastic they are. The swimming pool, games facilities, garden and birds' area are very welcome. Overall, an amazing place to stay, relax and recuperate from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Recommended! Service: 5

It is a decent place for a family to spend a couple of days. Good policy is they only allow couples and family’s to stay in their property. They have absolutely delicious variety of cuisines in breakfast and dinner. Do obtain meals inclusive package if you can. Staff is really well mannered and cooperative. Enough parking space. Very good playing area for the kids. The only issue is their old rooms with bad infrastructure. They need renovation. I paid 6,000 for a family room with two meals included. I feel it is slightly over priced but considering other properties I searched on make my trip, this one was the best choice consider the prices and other facilities. Service: 5
