The whole setup of this so-called hotel feels like it was slapped together by someone who once saw a picture of a real hotel. Let’s start with the lobby: it’s as welcoming as a dentist’s waiting room. Cold, stiff chairs, some half-dead plants staring back at you like they've also given up hope. There’s a desk, sure—but the staff behind it are about as helpful as a broken compass. You ask them a question, and they look at you like you just asked them to calculate the national debt. the room, if you can call it that, is essentially four walls and a bed that feels like it was made from leftover plywood and bad decisions. They say “free Wi-Fi”—and, sure, if you enjoy watching your connection buffer every three seconds, you’re in for a treat. And let’s talk about that bed, the star of the show, right? Might as well sleep on the floor; at least down there, you’re prepared for the discomfort. The pillows? Softer than concrete but harder than logic, if that makes any sense. don’t get me started on the so-called “continental breakfast.” It’s a spread of stale bread, gray eggs, and coffee that tastes like it was strained through an old boot. Very disappointed with my stay. The room was unclean, with stained sheets and mold in the bathroom. Service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Worst staff ever, no etiquettes, no manners on how to treat and speak with customers. Speaking bad words also tried to fight with my mother as well as my entire family. Please don’t go here if you want to save yourself from harassment. I hope owner finds out this and addresses the issue by an apology. This industry works with respect and not by hooligans. Service: 1
