This is the second time which this incident happened from this hotel people. I ordered food through Zomato and they delayed food 45 minutes and I called the restaurant and they said the delivery partner is not reached and I called the partner and he shared me the location and he already reached the restaurant before 25 minutes and these people lied me and I said the partner already reached and it is evident he reached the location and then they said the partner reached already and by default it happened all time. First time a lady picked and said the same story and blamed the delivery partner. These people accept the order without getting ready and delay for an hour and blame delivery partners.
