I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Mahalakshmi, located near the Udupi old bus stand, and I must say it was a delightful experience. This establishment is renowned for its home-style food and, in particular, their fresh Anjal rava fry. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I couldn't wait to sample their famous fish dishes. The highlight of my visit was, without a doubt, the fresh Anjal rava fry and Pomfret fry. The fish was impeccably cooked, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The blend of spices and the rava coating gave it a burst of flavor that was simply irresistible. Hotel Mahalakshmi is a must-visit for any seafood lover in the Udupi area.
