One of the biggest highlights for me was the customer support — they were responsive, courteous, and resolved my query quickly. It’s clear that the company values user satisfaction. The quality of the product/service meets expectations for its price point, and I feel I received good value for my money. A few areas could be improved: adding more customization options, and clearer onboarding guidance for first-time users. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall benefits. Our recent stay at Hotel Maan Residency was a complete and utter disappointment. We booked multiple rooms, and it seemed like every single one had something wrong with it. We found leaking taps, TVs that didn't work, and exhaust fans that were broken. To make things worse, several rooms were missing hangers, and in the cold weather, we couldn't even make a hot drink or take a warm bath because the kettles and heaters were broken! It was unbelievable. We tried calling the front desk for help, but no one ever answered. When we finally managed to track down an attendant, they were either unable to fix the problems or took forever to come. On top of all that, the old lift was painfully slow, and the stairs were a safety hazard with sharp edges and low ceilings. Honestly, it felt like the hotel just didn't care about its guests. To top it all off, when we complained during checkout, the staff didn't even seem to care. They didn't bother writing anything down or even acknowledge the problems. We definitely won't be staying here again, and we strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Service: 1
