I’ve visited Maa Chutneys multiple times. While the food is okay, the number of dishes offered could definitely be more — there’s limited variety right now. Some of the staff are genuinely good at heart and helpful, but a few display attitude, which affects the overall experience. The handwash area is a major concern — it lacks cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance. There’s no good handwash provided at either of the washbasins, which is disappointing. There’s a lot of scope to improve, especially in terms of hygiene and customer service. Management should seriously take note of the condition of the handwash area and the inconsistent behavior of a few staff members. Hoping for a better experience next time.
