One word to describe this hotel DECEIVING. This is not a 4 Star hotel, more like a 2 star hotel. We ended up paying 9000 and got scammed by a nightmare experience. The receptionist was terrible and hard to understand. She said the restaurant had snacks and when we went up they told us to come at 4, it was 355pm.... The room was disgusting, dirty bedsheets/blankets with stains, bugs all over the floor, only one small pillow, smells like cigarette smoke throughout our floor, the walls looked like they were falling apart. Overall this was a horrible experience and this hotel needs to be shut down. Do not be fooled by the pictures they put. Service: 1
