⸻ Visited Lakshmi KT Hotel again and the KT (Kalladka Tea) was as amazing as ever. That rich, layered tea is the highlight and never fails to impress. It’s always my go-to spot whenever I’m passing through Kalladka. The hotel has a simple, clean, and traditional setup. Service is fast, and the staff are polite and efficient. Tried their golibajje this time, but it wasn’t great – not fresh or crispy. Wouldn’t recommend that dish based on this visit. However, their dosas, idlis, and chutney are consistently good. The place maintains proper hygiene and is well-kept. It’s a pure vegetarian place with decent variety in the menu. Even though there’s no AC section, the natural ventilation is decent. The tea counter stays busy, but service doesn’t take long. Parking is limited, so be prepared during peak times. Great for a quick tea stop or light veg meal. Still one of my favorite spots for a perfect cup of KT Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: KT Kalladka Tea, Masala Dosa, Masala Puri, Mangalore Buns, Pav Bhaji

We stopped at Lakshmi Ganesh Hotel for their famous KT or the Kalladka Tea. as expected , the tea was amazing we normally take sugarless tea but we here ordered their normal tea, for the sheer experience of enjoying their famous layered tea ! However I am happy to say that the KT not only was upto our expectations but also that the sweetness of the sugar was very much on the mild side and it didn’t affect the tea’s taste ! We simply enjoyed it ! I had first visited this hotel as a teenager with my parents when it was probably a small shack but nevertheless extremely popular for their spl tea maybe in the late eighties and early nineties !!! After devades , recently while passing by the area enroute to another town , we made it point to stop by and needless to say the their famous KT lived up to our expectations !!!!
