I recently dined at the Hotel Lakhdatar Restaurant in Khatu and found the food to be quite commendable. The dishes were flavorful, and the variety offered catered well to different palates. The ambiance was pleasant, making it a comfortable spot for a meal. However, the experience was marred by the staff’s behavior, which was less than satisfactory. The service was inattentive, and the staff seemed disinterested in assisting patrons. Simple requests were met with reluctance, and there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. This level of service detracted significantly from the overall dining experience. Pros: • Tasty cuisine • Comfortable dining environment Cons: • Unprofessional and unhelpful staff • Lackluster customer service While the culinary offerings are commendable, the poor staff conduct is a significant drawback. For a more enjoyable dining experience, improvements in staff training and customer service are essential. I reached hotel at 10:20 PM and staff told me to order in a hurry as we will accept last order by 10:30PM. And i placed order as per 18 members. And asked him can i order roti one more time, He said Yes. When Tandoori Roti was served, It was very thin, So i had to order once again. The staff shouted and said “Aapko pehle bola tha na” Then i replied him “Ek baar mei 50 mangwa kar rakh le kya ? Aur koi nhi khayega toh waste karen ?” He said with arrogance “Ye aap dekho” Which is not very good. In future I will avoid going there.
