Service: 0/10. Customer centricity: 0/10 We were the only customer for breakfast in this restaurant, and the food was satisfactory. But the service standard was below par. After ordering idlis and requesting a refill of the sambar and chutney, the lady took more than 10 minutes to bring a bowl of these items. Overall, we had to spend more than a hour just because of a simple breakfast of idli. After offering feedback, the lady turned defensive and said we cannot complain. She also bragged about the fact that they are in this business for the last 21 years. So, when someone is in this business for so long, people should come to a restaurant and eat, and not be welcomed to a place that is empty. The attitude of the owners and service standards themselves explain why this restaurant is empty. Your time, money, and peace of mind are crucial aspects of life, and, you must not waste these on a bunch of hubristic fellows like this. The quality & service has dropped massively, since my father insisted we having him order for an event at home for 30 ppl non-veg, 15 ppl veg Man it was disaster! His sisters were out of town so he made it himself, put so much colour and essence in biryani, with extremely undercooked chicken yet rice was like a soggy puree! Veg was still alright. Now we requested for food to be ready by 12 noon, we understand it’s village but this guy told that veg is ready at 1:45 pm then got biryani ready by 2:15 pm Half of the guest left…rest threw all the food away! Those who ate got bad stomach issues! It was really shameful experience! And he demanded 11,000 rs for all that garbage! Just avoid him.
