Stayed here in the course of a business trip, overall the hotel was good. The rooms were clean enough, could they be cleaner, yes. But let's just move on from that, the location is very appropriate, right next to the station which makes access super easy. The hospitality could've been better but that's a story for another day. Breakfast was okayish, sambar however was unique, it tasted very different that I'd ever ate (good different). One thing they must work on is the water heaters, the water heater wasn't working so that was a big disappointed. But yeah that's that, hope this helps you make a decision. Service: 3

Good hotel in Kolhapur city, Big room, helpful and cooperative staff, good option if someone is looking for a budget hotel. Hotel infrastructure is quite old it needs repaint, renovation and repair. I would rate hotel 3.5/5 Service: 4

hotel and stay was very good.... restaurant facility also good.... but there was some incident happened with me.... someone steal my helmet..... I was asking to receptionist and watchman too.... but they can't help me... this is not proper way. someone steal my helmet.... security of customer and customers property is one of the priority of every hotel enterprises...... on this basis I was not happy to customer services Service: 5
