My recent (25.07.25 ) family dinner at the Kohinoor restaurant was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and rude, seeming to not care about our experience. They didn't listen to our order correctly, giving me the wrong dish. We also ordered fried rice and chili chicken, but the fried rice was undercooked and tasted stale, as if it had been reheated after being in a freezer for several days. I complained about the rice, but they simply brought out the same dish again after an hour, which was completely unacceptable. Today(06.10.22) some food parcel hotel Kohinoor, Bidhannagar Food Quality very bad- Butter Nan No Butter, Order Paneer Butter Masala Delivery paneer curry, Chicken Fry Rice Color Full Black paratha is good. My money is wasted. Had apple & cucumber for lunch today. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
