Staff don't know how to speak with customer even the owners are not bothered about it after going through the other review it seems there is a problem with the management.the carpets and tables are in pathetic condition. One of the guy ruined our whole Dinner because of Rude and disrespectful behaviour and things was not properly organised from starting to end, which made my whole family uncomfortable at the restaurant the guy so called incharge/Manager had behaved so disgusting,Please change the staff and keep experienced staff so Customer's can enjoy the Food with good vibes They gave us 2 plates for 5 people and I asked them tissues on multiple occasions but dint get it unless the food arrives Very very bad service management should have a look into this seriously and maintain the standard's of the Hotel. We have received multiple complaints from customers stating that the staff are being rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic manners while interacting with guests. Such behavior is unacceptable and goes completely against the standards of hospitality we aim to maintain. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction due to harsh tones, dismissive attitudes, and a general lack of courtesy from some team members. This is directly impacting our reputation and customer experience. Immediate corrective action is required, including staff training on customer service etiquette and closer monitoring of team conduct.
