Very Disappointed – Bad Experience Tried the Button Dum Biryani at Hotel Kass and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The taste was average, but worse — it led to food poisoning shortly after. This was extremely disappointing and concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hope the management takes immediate action to improve food quality and safety standards. Service: 3
