Worst service response by the Hotel. Ordered here for dinner at 10. They accepted my order and were notified 'preparing food'. At the last minute, they rejected the order stating no proper response. They were not picking up the calls too. I couldn't order afterwards at any other hotel. This made me miss my dinner completely today. If you cannot fulfill your order, please don't accept it in the first place. I couldn't place the review in zomato as there is no option. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1

Today I visited kannappa for lunch. Tried their meals, chicken rice, fish finger, chicken dry None of the gravy in the meals gave us a feel of non veg nor it was good. It was average and below pretty disappointed Fish finger was good in taste I ordered few other dish which the waiter din even worry of serving nor disturbed when I asked him to cancel those Chicken fried rice lacked taste as well. Overall a disappointed outing Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Haven't entered yet. Planning to visit soon. Only Delivery / Takeout purchases so far we had. If I have to say staff services are 100/100, then the food is 200/100. (Mathematically may be wrong, but by the merit and standard that's what our mind says). Finest balanced diet (Veg Chettinad Meal) supplied to my husband, who is an international foodie when he was hospitalized for medication in THILLAINAGAR, Thennur, Trichy.
