We visited the Cafe patio in hotel Kanha Shyaam to celebrate the anniversary of my parents. The ambience as usual was very peaceful. We missed the usual live music though but we liked the vibes. The staff was very corporative, proper sanitation rules were followed, the service was quick. Coming to the food - we ordered Manchow soup, Paneer khurchan, Dal tadhka, Garlic naan. Everything was perfectly prepared, the taste quantity were absolutely perfect.
We surely recommend it if looking for fine dining experience.

Worst Service I have ever seen. To start with..No sink between what customer has ordered and what utensils and cutlery are required to be placed. Next..worst snacks ? in terms of preparation, presentation, quantity and method of serving. Only Good part was that the waiter and floor manager both accepted their faults and indirectly agreed that customers are being cheated. Worst experience...booked table in another restaurant while sitting in Kanha Shyam and proceeded with bitter(est) experience. God save this restaurant if they don't pull up their socks.

If there is one restraunt in Allahabad that has good food along with decent standards it’s Kanha Shyam.
Their food Indian/ Chinese/ continental has always been good.
The staff is super cooperative and ambience is also above average
A must visit if your in Allahabad
