The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. Come here for the peaceful atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.

I am from Madurai and visited your hotel after searching for a good place to dine. I chose Kamalia Hotel expecting a quality experience, but was very disappointed with the service. The service was extremely poor, especially from one staff member who seemed more focused on receiving tips than providing proper service. It made the environment very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no water available at the hand wash area, which is a basic hygiene requirement. I have never experienced such poor conditions in a hotel before.
