Authentic Malvani Delight! Had a great experience at Hotel Kalvan, located right on the Mumbai-Goa highway, just opposite the Kankavli ST stand. The restaurant serves truly authentic Malvani cuisine and every dish we tried was full of flavor and freshness. We ordered the Surmai Thali, Prawns Thali, Crabs Thali, and even a Veg Thali—and each one was delicious. The seafood was especially fresh and cooked perfectly. Though the place was quite crowded, and we had to wait for about 40 minutes, it was absolutely worth it. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall vibe felt very local and welcoming. If you're traveling through Konkan and want to experience true Malvani-Konkani flavors, this spot is a must-visit. The taste is priceless!

Best food to try in this region with delicious flavours of each and every dish along with cheerful atmosphere. Fully a value for money place with excellent staff I have ever seen.
