Hotel Kale Farm in Pune is a hidden gem for those seeking authentic village-style non-vegetarian cuisine. This establishment is family-run and offers a simple and cozy ambiance. The interior design is basic, but the food makes up for it. The price range is low, making it an affordable option for those on a budget. Located outside of Pune near Saswad, this place is surrounded by farms, giving diners a complete village experience.
One of the special features of Hotel Kale Farm is its outdoor seating, where patrons can enjoy their meals amidst nature. They also permit alcohol in the owner's open space, making it a popular spot for those looking to enjoy a drink with their meal.
The menu at this eatery is limited to only chicken and mutton dishes, but the taste is top-notch. The must-try dish is the Mutton Thali, which includes mutton alani, mutton fry, and mutton rassa. The Chicken Thali is also a crowd favorite, and the chicken sukha makes for a delicious snack.
For drinks, they offer a variety of soft drinks and juices. However, the real star of the show is their homemade masala chai, which perfectly complements the spicy and flavorful food.
Overall, Hotel Kale Farm is a must-visit place for non-vegetarian foodies looking for an authentic village-style dining experience. With its delicious food, cozy ambiance, and affordable prices, it's no wonder people travel from long distances to enjoy a meal here.
