I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jaya Restaurant. The service was appalling, and what made it worse was the dangerously poor quality of food. I was served bread that had visible fungus on it, and when I pointed it out to the staff, they did not take any immediate or serious action. Instead of addressing the issue, they offered money to cover the potential health costs, claiming they were concerned about the well-being of my 3-year-old who had already eaten the contaminated bread. However, when I pressed for assurances that this would never happen again, no one was willing to make any promises. To make matters worse, they even asked me not to disclose the incident anywhere and refused to allow me to take any pictures as evidence. This kind of disregard for customer safety and well-being is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and transparency. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this restaurant until they take serious steps to address both their food safety and customer service standards.
