Starting from the reception, Ali Sir who has been allocated, has a very welcoming approach, making the check-in process very smooth. I would like to specially thank Ms. Priyanka and the other lady from the restaurant for their amazing service during the lunch, also Mr. Prashant in the breakfast timings. Good work. However, the room(203) was lil bit dirty, as well as the washroom, the water supply tap was loose. Just a suggestion, to make it clean. Rest everything was okay, thanks. Service: 5

This place is good. Tasty food.. but for customer satisfaction the restaurant has to change some policies. Simple example is complimentary onion slices. *People travel here for business, not for tourism. Service: 2

Hotel jasmin palace is very good as a lounge but as hotel its a -5 star rating facilities on dated 1-12-2024 i am booked a room deluxe worth rs 2462 room no 208 , Here i am sharing some photographs of room no 208 which is self explanatory, only 02 lights will work out of 4 the walls of room and washroom are like public toilet infact the ash try are full of cig grates and during checkout the reception not having change of 100 rs they take 30 minutes for arranging change of 100 rs and other thing is that when i am check in in hotel receptionist said that breakfast will start at 7 AM in the morning but actual breakfast started at 8 AM
