We had shifted from Chennai to Bhopal and during the initial week had stayed in Janki Palace in Salaiya Bhopal. Our time spent there was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. The rooms were was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. What truly set Hotel Janki Palace apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as guests. Both my kids loved the various food available at the restaurant and were trying out various dishes each day. Overall, our experience at Hotel Janki Palace was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bhopal Service: 5

The service staff does not have the manners to talk. In the right restaurant their stewards sing vagabond type songs. These people do not know what food service is. And even their senior staff do not have the manners to talk. The voice of the kitchen staff can be heard outside. It is better to eat food on the roadside than wasting money by eating at such a place. I may someday in life go to such a place again. Service: 1
